SPEAKERS

The Ingram School of Nursing, Nursing Explorations 2015 Conference will be held on November 12th, 2015 at the Centre Mont-Royal in Montreal.

 

Nursing Explorations is an annual event that brings together key stakeholders of the profession, namely senior nurse leaders of major health care institutions, managers, advanced practice nurses, clinical nurse specialists, nurse practitioners, nurse clinicians, nurse educators and researchers.

Learning objectives

By the end of the conference participants will be able to:

  • Describe the current contextual challenges related  to health care delivery in the Canadian context
  • Describe the key attributes and skills of nursing leadership required to face the demands of the current context
  • Identify future directions for nursing leadership and the necessary strategies for supporting  safe, high quality reliable care to address the demands and needs of the Canadian population

 

 

Accreditation

The Nursing Explorations Conference has been accredited for 6 CEU credits from the Continuing Nursing Professional Education (CNPE) office.
