Payment by CHEQUE

Register online with cheque payment selected, and we will email you an invoice with payment instructions. You will also receive a tentative confirmation of your registration. Your registration will be confirmed once your payment has been received and processed by the Conference Secretariat.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation of registration must be made in writing and received by the Secretariat before the dates below:

• On or before September 11, 2015: registration fees will be reimbursed (less a $50 administration fee)
• All cancellations after September 11, 2015 are non-refundable
• All refunds will be issued after the event
